perf: Use max CPU cores by default, remove thermal limits for speed
- Default jobs now uses runtime.NumCPU() for maximum parallelization - Changed cooldown default from 5s to 0s for fastest builds - Updated flag descriptions to remove thermal safety messaging - Optimized for speed over thermal safety (NixOS-style)
